Johanna Mendez a full time Realtor at Watson Realty Corp– Fleming Island Office. Johanna, being a military wife, moved with her family, Michael - 6 and Cristina - 18, frequently as she supported her husband’s career. This ultimately led them to Jacksonville Florida in 2006. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico she studied at Interamerican University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Johanna taught Pre K and Kindergarten at a Montessori School in Puerto Rico.
She also taught High School during the time her husband was stationed in Georgia. In addition, she owned and operated her own Travel Agency. Today she is busy taking her 6 year old to the Ponte Vedra soccer club for all of his sport’s activities and is supportive of Cristina’s studies as she attends her 2nd year of college.
Her life experiences have given her the tools to provide exemplary service to you. Having moved so frequently she understands the stress of buying and selling a home.
